Queen City Mutiny Adds U15 Boys to their US Soccer Development Academy

We are pleased to announce our acceptance into the US Soccer Development Academy U15 boys expansion for the 2019/2020 season.

It is an honor to be recognized as one of the top youth development soccer clubs in the region and be part of a select 90 clubs in the country of which 21 are MLS academies

Founded in 2014, Queen City Mutiny has continued to establish itself as a successful, professionally led organization dedicated to revolutionizing the pathway for youth soccer in Charlotte.

Our leadership, staff, and families joined forces 5 years ago with one common objective, that as a team, we would change the face of youth development in our area. Throughout the duration a variety of obstacles have been faced and overcome through endurance of our management and support of our members. Being at the forefront of change, it is only natural and expected to come up against hesitation and opposition, however US Soccer witnessed first hand our impact on the players we welcomed into the Mutiny by initially awarding us the U12 category in 2015. This was then closely followed by the U13 and U14 ages, and now with the exciting announcement of our inclusion into the U15 age bracket.

With this expansion, we have surpassed a major benchmark in the future growth of our club which in turn will open doors for our players offering them more exposure at showcase events and presenting them with chances to impress both national and international audiences. This pivotal advancement only furthers our commitment to guiding players along their journey.

Queen City Mutiny has already proven its ability to provide high achievers with the necessary platforms and opportunities conducive to continuous growth and development. Now, with the further backing of the federation, we will take full advantage of this next phase to promote and provide training and world class partnerships that will open the gateway to an exciting and talented generation of players.

We thank you for standing by us every step of the way. Your support for the crest is greatly appreciated and regardless of where everyone’s future takes them in this sport, we wish to express our gratitude to each and every one involved for helping us get to where we are today.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our coaches, our families and players who have proved themselves committed and open to listen, learn and adapt to our methodology.

The future of US Soccer is looking bright, and we are stoking the fires in Charlotte with our revolution in youth development. The Mutiny will continue to impress the nation and provide players in our region with the very best experiences the game has to offer.
