The Pre-MLS Next program at QCM is designed for the elite U11 and U12 boys within the Charlotte area who have the talent, desire, and commitment to play at the highest level.

The Pre-MLS Next pathway helps prepare our players to go on to compete at the highest levels of play. Our players and teams will take part in the Carolina Development League, which was formed by a group of select North Carolina clubs to ensure consistent and high-level competition that will prepare the players to move on to national-level programs in the U13 age group.

Teams will also participate in the top nationally-recognized tournaments throughout the season. We have a big focus on the individual player within this age group with individualized training plans. The program looks to develop the players’ ability to play in tight spaces, deal with pressure, and improve their ball mastery and creative skills.
