YOUTH ACADEMY
The Queen City Mutiny Youth Academy, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a premier soccer program aimed at developing young athletes, particularly those in the U9 and U10 age groups. The academy focuses on skill development, confidence building, creativity, and overall comfort with the ball for boys from U7 to U10.
Each training session is designed to emphasize specific skills related to passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting. The academy also incorporates scrimmages in both small and large groups to help players improve their understanding of movement with and without the ball. The small group settings encourage more touches on the ball, while the larger groups enhance tactical awareness and team play.
The Mutiny Youth Academy teams compete in the Carolina Champions League and participate in various local tournaments and events throughout the season, providing a competitive environment for players to apply their training.
In addition to regular training, the academy offers various seasonal camps, such as the Spring Precision Camp and the Summer Elite Bootcamp, which focus on enhancing players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall soccer IQ through rigorous and structured training sessions.
